Basma Khalaf-Jubran is an experienced computer engineer, having held multiple software and hardware engineering leadership roles over the past 15 years. A pioneering force in promoting Arab and especially women’s participation in the technology sector, she is also part of an Israeli-Palestinian group promoting the tech industry in Palestine. Basma established the first Employee Resource Group for Arabs at Intel and is an executive board member of Appleseeds, an NGO which empowers residents of Israel’s periphery. She holds a BSc in computer science from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and is currently participating in a Middle East executive leadership program at Harvard Business School.
