Jill Katz

Jill Katz is the Regional Director for the New Israel Fund in Chicago. She comes to NIF from serving as the Director of Development for the Jewish Council on Urban Affairs, a social justice organization that combats poverty, racism, and antisemitism in partnership with diverse communities.

Jill began her career at J Street and served as the Finance Director for the Midwest region. She worked in electoral politics as a consultant on a number of political campaigns including Congressman Bill Foster’s 2012 congressional race and Andrea Zopp’s 2016 U.S. senate race.

Jill received her B.A. in International Studies with a minor in Economics from Michigan State University. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to use her skills in community building, fundraising and extensive knowledge of the Chicagoland Jewish community to move NIF’s work forward in the Midwest.
