
Sally Gottesman’s involvement with NIF and its grantees stretches back a decade, including serving as the first Israel Women’s Network employee in Jerusalem, NIF’s first NY/Tri-State Regional Director, and a photographer for NIF’s first annual report.
As a professional, Sally has been a not-for-profit consultant at KPMG and The Eleemosynary Group. As a lay leader, Sally is the Chair of Encounter. She also co-founded and served for many years as the Chair of Moving Traditions. Sally was also instrumental in founding the Neurofibromatosis Therapeutic Research Program (N-TAP) at Johns Hopkins University and serves on the board of the Children’s Tumor Foundation.
A graduate of Wellesley College and The Yale School of Management, Sally lives in NYC with her three teenage children.
